Youth Athlete and Fitness Program

Mission
The mission of the SFAF Youth Athlete and Fitness Program is to equip teens with the
strength, confidence, and knowledge needed to thrive in athletics and lifelong fitness.
Through structured training, evidence-based coaching, and a supportive environment, we
empower youth to develop strong bodies, disciplined habits, and a positive relationship
with health and wellness. Our program is designed to help each participant improve
performance, build resilience, and gain the skills needed to succeed both in sports and in
daily life.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Build foundational strength and athletic conditioning through safe, progressive
resistance and circuit-based training. -
Improve speed, agility, coordination, and overall athletic performance.

Teach proper exercise form, technique, and gym confidence.

Foster strong habits around discipline, consistency, and self-motivation.

Provide age-appropriate nutritional education to support athletic goals.

Support individual goals such as muscle gain, body fat reduction, or improved
endurance. -
Encourage teamwork, leadership, and a positive fitness mindset.

Track progress through assessments, measurements, and performance milestones.
